Frequently asked questions
Will our photos lose quality?
No. Original files are kept exactly as uploaded, and downloads are at full quality. Smaller versions are used only to make the gallery load quickly.
Can guests see each other's photos?
Yes. It's a shared gallery: guests with accounts can view and download approved photos. Visitors without accounts can't access it.
Does it support videos too?
Yes. Guests can upload videos from their phones, up to the per-file size limit shown when uploading.
Can guests reach the gallery through a QR code?
Yes. Each invitation link has a QR code in your dashboard. It opens your wedding page. To view the gallery and upload photos, guests sign in with a code sent by email. No app installation needed.
How long will our photos stay in the app?
For 3 months after your wedding date. We'll email you 30 days before access ends. Until then, you can download the entire gallery anytime.
